Rudy Rivas started Billy Blues in 1995. Rudy has been in the restaurant business for the past 20 years and is one of the few restaurants in Dubai that is family owned and operated.

Billy Blues is the only restaurant that can bring you finger lickin good Ribs, Ribs, Ribs. Those sweet baby Janes is what Billy Blues is probably best known.

Billy Blues also has some pretty darn good steaks that are hand cut and char - broiled to your liking.

Blues music is played as your background listening pleasure. Otis Redding, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Blues Traveller, Muddy Waters, Eric Clapton just to name a few. Billy Blues seats 120 and can do outside catering, company parties, etc.
